A Modern Transformation with Luxury Details
For this Crestview home, our client wanted a complete refresh that would bring their vision of a modern, open, and luxurious space to life. Over the course of four months, our team transformed the property from dated and closed-off to bright, open, and timelessly elegant.
The original kitchen was boxed in with pillars, an oversized soffit, and outdated finishes. We reimagined the entire layout, removing obstructions, reconstructing the island, and adding modern cabinetry, countertops, and custom lighting. The result is a centerpiece kitchen that blends seamlessly into the open living space.
The master bathroom was redesigned with luxury in mind, featuring sleek tile details, bold black fixtures, and a spa-like bathtub and shower. The guest bathroom received a fresh update with a clean, modern rip-and-replace remodel.
We built a brand-new fireplace to anchor the living room, opened up a large archway to improve flow, and replaced outdated features with streamlined, modern details. New flooring and lighting throughout brought the entire home together.

A tiled patio created a beautiful outdoor extension of the living space, while smaller details like upgraded paint and finishes gave the home a cohesive look.
