Beloved Built’s History With Kitchen Remodels
Kitchen remodels are at the heart of what we do. Before launching Beloved Built, our team flipped homes together for 3 years, fine-tuning our kitchen remodeling process. Most of our kitchen projects today fall between $40,000–$60,000 depending on size and scope.
We’ll spend 1–2 hours in your home discussing what’s not working, what you want to improve, and your budget goals. We’ll bring cabinet and countertop samples, take photos and videos, and go over layout changes if needed.

Smart Design and Transparent Quote
In 1–2 days (up to 5 for complex kitchens), we’ll send you an itemized quote—not a lump sum—with a 3D design mockup and full breakdown of costs. You’ll also get clear material allowances for things like countertops and appliances.
Step 3
Organized, Professional Construction
Once you approve the project, we hold a pre-construction meeting and confirm every detail. Before we start, you’ll choose all your materials and sign off. During the remodel, we protect your home and set up a temporary kitchen with a sink and countertop so you can still function while we work.
Step 4
Finishing Touches and Final Walkthrough
When the work is almost done, we focus on the finishing touches. We check everything—from cabinet alignment to caulking—and then walk through the kitchen with you to make sure it’s perfect.
