Detailed Estimate
Within 5–7 days, we’ll send a clear, itemized estimate with breakdowns for each part of the job: design, demo, plumbing, flooring, cabinetry, and more. No vague lump sums—just full transparency.
Step 3
Construction Starts
Once everything is approved and materials are ready, we schedule a hard start date. From that day forward, we work continuously until your project is done. A 2,000 sq ft home typically takes 8–10 weeks. Larger homes may take 3–4 months. We coordinate trades to keep things moving efficiently.
Step 4
Final Walkthrough
We don’t consider the job done until we walk through everything with you. We’ll fix any issues, clean up thoroughly, and make sure you’re happy with every detail.
